at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge, Eldon, the passing of Doris
Evelyn Gormley age 85 of Murray River, devoted wife of the late
Emerson G. Gormley, occurred on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Born June 11,
1934, daughter of the late Harper and Muriel (Jackson) Leeco. Doris is
survived by her loving children, Floyd (Kathy), Deborah (Keith Boire),
Ada “Betty” (Kevin MacPherson), Roger Gormley, James
(Suzanne Copan) and Jeremy; brothers and sisters, Robert (Maureen)
Leeco, Joan Gormley, Harold (Jenna) Leeco, and Juanita Leeco;
brother-in-law, John “Jack” Ferguson; 11cherished
grandchildren and 12 adored great grandchildren. Predeceased by a
daughter Beaudah Elaine Gormley; grandson Nicolas Gormley; sister
Lorna Sutherland; brother Barrie Leeco and brother-in-law Carl
Gormley.
Private family visiting was
held. Online Funeral Service for family and friends to take place on
Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 3:00 pm. Burial to take place at a later
date. Donations to Inclusions East or a Charity of choice would be
