Moncton, NB— Doris Cormier, 84, passed away peacefully at the Villa Du Repos on Tuesday, February 18th, 2020.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Sylvain and the late Anna Cormier (born Bourgeois).
Doris will be dearly missed by her daughter, Louise Ouellette of Surrey BC; two brothers, Donald Cormier (Annette) of Dieppe and Roger Robichaud (Linda) of Shediac River; one sister, Marguerite Allan Smith of Shediac; one sister-in-law, Emily Cormier of Moncton; one grand-daughter, Alycia Cormier-Swift; by one future great-grandson; to her special friend of sixty-six years of friendship, Florence Richard of Moncton; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Moncton, (625, Mountain Road) on Friday, February 21st, 2020, from 7pm until 9pm and on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020, from 10am until time of the celebration of her life at the Chapel at 11am.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Alphonse and Aurèle; and one sister, Doreen.
Donation can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
The family would like to thank from the bottom of their hearts the staff and volunteers of the Villa Du Repos for all the good care and support provided to Doris and to the family.
