Obituary of Donna Moreash
Of Halifax. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Phyllis Moreash, 65. She passed away peacefully at Halifax Hospice Sept 6, 2020. She was born March 31st 1955 in Halifax, NS to Gerald and Helen Moreash.
Donna is survived by her beautiful mother Helen Moreash, children: Kayla Moreash (Ian) and Keith Moreash (Jen). Her grandchildren, who were her world, Katelyn, Ohndreea, Shayla, RJ and Tierra. Her sisters: Marie MacKinnon (Steve), Geraldine Rose (Jimmy), Debbie Alchorn (Willy) and brother Darren Moreash. She will be forever loved and missed by the love of her life Mike Raymond, who took very good care of her.
Donna is predeceased by her father Gerald Moreash and her long time partner of 32 years Kenneth McFarlane.
Donna had a heart of gold, you couldn’t leave her home without her wanting a hug. She loved people and made friends everywhere she went. Donna loved to sing and dance to country music. Donna lived life to the fullest and had the most beautiful smile and contagious laugh. Donna played a huge role in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives. They were everything to her and we will miss her tremendously.
