Donald V. “Roxy” Doucette
1950-2020
Suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on
Thursday November 5, 2020 of Donald V. “Roxy” Doucette of
North Rustico aged 70 years. Husband of the late
Shirley Kathleen (Noye) Doucette. Born in Charlottetown, January 26,
1950 son of the late Raymond and Doris (Doiron) Doucette. Predeceased
by his brother Ralph Doucette and sister Gwen Doucette.
He is survived by his loving daughter Jenna Gwen Doucette.
He will be greatly missed by brothers-in-law and
sisters-in-law; Mike Noye, Springhill; Margie (Jim) Jordan, Bethel;
Randy Noye, Charlottetown; Susan (Marvin) Graham, Long River; Kent
(Karen) Noye, Ellerslie; and Milford (Sandra) Allain, Whitehorse.
Nephews and nieces; Mitchell Noye; Melanie (Neil) Arsenault;
Nicholas Stewart; Jeffrey (Erin) Stewart; Jordan Graham;
Jolynn Graham; Marshall Noye; Samantha Noye; Leslie Noye; Julie Noye;
Emmett Noye; Sylvana Allain, Ella and J.J. He will be sadly missed by
his four legged companion Nixon.
Also remembered by special friends and cousins Barry, Jamie,
Jason, Bobby, Carl, Brian, Darcy and Judy.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home in Kensington.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, no public visitation will be held. A
private funeral service will be available to watch online on the funeral
home’s website after 2 p.m. on Monday.
Interment in Margate United Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial
donations may be made to the PEI Humane Society or the Jenna Doucette
Education Fund.
