After a long and happy life dedicated to her family, Dolores passed away peacefully on December 22, 2020 at 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Louis (2018) for 69 years. Loving mother of Paulette (the late Leon) Drouillard, Yvette (Timothy) Sullivan, Suzette (Peter) Houghton, Paul (Monica Ramboer-Mayrand) Mayrand and Daniel (Denise) Mayrand. Dear Mémé of Michael and Christine (Rebecca) Drouillard, Andrew (Michelle) Sullivan, Amy (Kristopher) Tehan, Angie (Ryan) Houghton, Jackie (Sevag) Artinian, Page (Keith) Heuston, Emma-Tyme Mayrand (Sara Coutts), the late Coltyn Mayrand, Monique (Ryan) Diotte, and Mitchell (Andrea) Mayrand. Will be missed by her 12 great grandchildren. Step grandmother of Joel (Fran) Ramboer and Jenica (Mike) Berthiaume. Great step grandmother of 3. Daughter of the late Lawrence and Mabel Brunet. Daughter-in-law of the late Adolph and Emma Mayrand. Sister of the late Ken Brunet (the late Pauline). Sister-in-law of the late Daniel (Cecile) Mayrand and (the late Emma) and predeceased by Lena (Bruno) Adam, Neil (Laura) Mayrand.
Mom was a homemaker extraordinaire. She loved to decorate and sew and shared her talents with many. She and Dad enjoyed many years of boating on the local lakes and rivers and wintering in Citrus Hills, Florida. They were lifetime member of Es Golf & Country Club where Mom was an avid golfer. Special thanks to the entire team at Sunrise Retirement Home for the compassionate care shown to our entire family.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a private family Funeral Service has taken place.
