Dolores M.
Hirtle, 82, of the Villa du Repos Moncton and formerly of Lewisville
Road, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, July 9,
2020. Born in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and
Zelma (Dupuis) Dupuis.
Dolores was
retired from the Federal Government (Employment & Immigration
Canada) with 28 ½ years’ service. She enjoyed
bowling, playing cards and
travelling.
Dolores will
be sadly missed by her husband, G. Donald Hirtle; son, Donald Michael
(Sonya) of Fall River, NS and granddaughter, Taylor; sisters in law,
Carol Simpkins and Faye Fraser (Wayne); special cousins, Laurie and
Theresa Cormier; life long friend, Annette Locke (Jim); several
nieces, nephews and extended family
members.
Visitation
hours at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton
(858-1995) on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A Service to celebrate and
honour Dolores’ life will be held from Fergusons Funeral
Home Chapel on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Charles
Broderick presiding (The service will be live streamed on the Funeral
Home website.) Social distancing must be respected at all times due to
the current COVID-19 restrictions. Interment will be in Elmwood
Cemetery.
