Diane L. Horsman
Our dear sweet daughter,
Diane L. Horsman, 39 passed away on September 4, 2020,
surrounded by the love of her parents and family. A resident
of Indian Mountain, NB, she was the daughter of Marilyn
Fisher and Wayne (Heather)
Horsman.
Diane was the loving mother of Calvin
Fournier. Her best moments were spent with Calvin whether it
was cuddling, watching cartoons or playing
outside. Her life revolved around Calvin.
He was her whole world. Diane,
a.k.a. “Squirt” was quirky,
feisty, passionate and a big kid at heart. She brought so
much colour into every room she walked into. She had a big
heart, kind soul and she was generous to a fault. She is so
loved by her parents, siblings, family and
friends.
Besides her son Calvin, she is
survived by her parents, Marilyn
Fisher, Wayne and Heather
Horsman, Calvin’s father Tyler Fournier, brothers
Sherman (Corinna)Horsman, Leonard (Julie) Horsman, Jason
(Stephanie) Fraser, Tammy (Patrick)
Morton, and Jenn (Ricky) Foran She is also
survived by nieces Abigail (Sander) Klompmaker,
Celeste Horsman, Grace Morton, Sidney Fraser, and
Rease Delahunt; nephews, Dustin, Oscar and Oliver Horsman,
Kyle Morton, Alex Fraser, Cole Delahunt and great nephews
Hendrik, Hazin and Harvi Klompmaker. In addition Diane is
survived by aunts and uncles Harold (Judy) Fisher, Wendy
(John) Donnahee, Marlene (Brian) Bertelsen, the late Harold (Sheila)
Horsman, Alison (Brenda) Horsman, Lloyd (Patricia)
Horsman, and Douglas (Cathy) Horsman.
Many great aunts and uncles, cousins and
friends are also among
the survivors.
Diane was predeceased by paternal
grandparents Alan and Edith (Fram) Horsman, maternal
grandparents Sherman and Mae (Hannah) Fisher, as
well as her paternal uncle Harold Horsman and
a beloved great-uncle Oscar N.
Horsman.
Diane’s love for her son
Calvin is best represented by the following A. A. Milne
quote, “If ever there is tomorrow when we’re not
together… there is something you must always remember. You are
braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you
think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart… I’ll
always be with you.”
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a
private family service will be held. Arrangements
are entrusted to Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858-1995).
In Diane’s memory,
donations to the Gladeside Cemetery Memorial Fund, NB, Friends of the
Moncton Hospital (Neuro-Intensive Care) or a memorial of the
