Obituary for Diana Valerie Dale
Diana Dale, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2020 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Born October 24, 1940 in Northampton, England, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Eva Jones.
She is survived by her husband Paul of 57 years, her two sons Jeff (Shiona), Randy (Sandy), and daughter Stephanie Paquette (Doug), and her grandchildren Amanda, Brittany, Ashleigh and Taylor. She was a beloved sister to Barry Jones and Daphne Kirkland.
Diana was a loving mother and wife, and she cared deeply for her family and friends. She loved to play piano, and she played the organ at church for many years.
She loved to travel and would create many scrapbooks and albums of her trips. Her favourite time of year was Christmas, when she would decorate every corner of her home well ahead of everyone else. She would start watching Hallmark movies as soon as they came on the tv in November(or whatever time of year they were playing). The house would stay festive well into January.
We will miss her every day and rejoice knowing we will see her again.
