Pointe-Sapin, NB, – Délisca Richard, 69, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent hospital in Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Tuesday, September 22th, 2020.
Born in Fontaine, NB, she was the daughter of the late Romain Doucet and the late Rita Doucet (born Landry).
Délisca was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was kind, caring and very devoted to her family. She always strived to do everything with excellence. She was a pillar of strength and determination in how she faced challenges.
Délisca will be dearly missed by her husband, Valmond Richard of Pointe-Sapin; her son, Bruno Richard of Pointe-Sapin; her daughter, Cinthia Richard Smith (Rob) of Riverview; her grand-daughter that she was so proud of, Faith; her goddaughter,Simonne; Joanne, a really close friend of the family; also by one brother and one sister.
Besides her parents, Délisca was predeceased by one brother.
In respect of Délisca’s wishes, there will be no visitations and no Funeral service.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Stella-Maris-de-Kent hospital for all the good care and support provided to Délisca and to her family during the hardest moments.
Donation can be made to the Palliative care at Stella-Maris-de-Kent hospital.
