Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah Ann (Rogers) Bourgeois, surrounded by her loving family on March 5, 2020 at Bobby’s Hospice. She was born in Saint John, NB on June 3, 1954 to the late John and Constance (Logan) Rogers.
Deborah was blessed with an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age and because of her ability and love of bargain hunting, she was able to buy and sell various types of items over many years to those who were interested. Variety was key and she was always able to provide those hard to find things to those looking. She liked to cook and go for drives and outings, she loved to watch and play TV Bingo, but above all else, she loved and adored her family. She was many things to many people, but family was everything to her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Deborah is survived by her sons, Shane (Amanda), Terry (Terri) and Tommy (Tina) Rogers; daughter, Tina (John) Hall; stepsons, Frank (Carla Murphy) and Randy Gallant; stepdaughters, Shelly (Doug) Dean and Sheri Gallant; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Terry (Della) and David Rogers; brother-in- law Wayne Sharkey, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her partner, Francis Gallant; her sister, Linda Sharkey and her sister-in-law, Patsy Rogers.
Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). In keeping with Deborah’s wishes, no services will be held. For those who wish, memorial donations made in her memory to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by her family.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Deborah Ann Rogers Bourgeois June 3 1954 March 5 2020 (age 65)..
