Obituary of Debbie Saunders
SAUNDERS, DEBORAH LYNN
The passing of Deborah Lynn Saunders of Fredericton, NB, wife of John Saunders occurred on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on October 5, 1950 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Kathleen (Quigley) Marshall. She was a devout Catholic. Deborah enjoyed gardening, loved to travel, and always put her family first, her door was always open.
Deborah is survived by daughter, Angie McLellan (John) of Fredericton, NB; son, Jeff Saunders (Cheyan Kotch) of Spruce Grove, AB; grandchildren, Cortney, David, Katelyn and Travis; great grandchildren, Zoey, Shyla, Keegan, Hunter, Carter, Jayce, Duncan, Jaxson, Alexa, Bailey and Deakon; sisters, Anne Marshall (Brian) and Wanda Scott (Ivan) both of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Charles Marshall (Jackie) of Durham, NB, Alan Marshall and Tim Marshall both of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 7 Leverman Street, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 10:30 am with Rev. Dr. Michael McGowan as celebrant. Interment will take place in Penniac United Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation, New Brunswick Lung Association or the charity of the donor’s choice.
