Obituary of Debbie Penney
Passed peacefully away at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Ottawa, ON on Saturday, August 1, 2020, Debbie Penney of Harbour Grace; formerly of Carbonear, age 60 years.
Predeceased by husband: Cark; father: Reginald Noseworthy; brother: Terry; mother-in-law: Barb Penney.
Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Kristen Penney (Paul Fitzgerald), Harbour Grace; one son: Chad (Jennifer Dobbin), Harbour Grace; three grandsons: Lee, Colton, and Nolan; mother: Nancy Noseworthy, Spaniard’s Bay; one brother: David Noseworthy, Spaniard’s Bay; two sisters: Marg (Bill) Granville, Bay Robert’s, and Leah Siminoski, Cambridge, ON; father-in-law: Carl Penney, Carbonear; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law from the Penney Family; special friends: Linda Farrell and Don Evans; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Following government legislation due to the pandemic, a private visitation will take place at Noel’s Funeral Home, Carbonear, followed by funeral service at Bethany United Church, Carbonear by invitation only. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Debbie Penney Memorial Fund, c/o Noel’s Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
