Dawn Melinda O’Leary 19782020

It is with
great sadness that the family announces the passing of Dawn Melinda
O’Leary of Rusagonis, N.B. at the Dr. Everett Chalmers
Hospital on Wednesday, March 18th,
2020.
Dawn was born
July 25, 1978, the loving daughter of Jerry and Dianne (McCracken)
O’Leary, and grew up in Fredericton Junction, N.B.
She leaves behind her sister Chrissy and her brother David and
sister-in-law Paula and her niece Payton and nephew Chase, whom she
loved dearly.
She also
leaves behind her aunts and uncles – Vance McCracken of
Fredericton Junction, Lois (O’Leary) Harris of Fredericton
Junction, Blaine O’Leary (Margaret) of Fredericton Junction,
Vaughan O’Leary of Darmstadt, Germany, Melissa (Kelly)
Wilson of Banff, Alberta, Ruth O’Leary of Fredericton
Junction and her loved cats Raja and
Sephera.
She was
predeceased by her grandparents, Edward and Carrie (Mersereau)
O’Leary and Charles and Della (Forrest) McCracken of
Fredericton Junction.
Dawn graduated
from Oromocto High School and worked at O’Leary Pontiac
Buick GMC and Fredericton Hyundai for a number of years. She
was an incredible baker and loved to bless people with their favorite
“sweet treats”. She was creative and loved to
paint, do cross stitch and crafts. She was also a gifted
writer and encouraged many with her writings. Dawn also had
a strong faith and loved to share
it.
The family
would like to thank Dr. Michael Hayter and all the nurses and staff on
3SW (DECH) for the wonderful care they gave
her.
There will be
a “Celebration of Life” at a later date.
