From Hemmingford on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the age of 88 years, passed away peacefully David G. Hughes at the Huntingdon Long Term Care Hospital. Beloved husband to Edeltraut (Edie) Harter, he also leaves behind to mourn, his children: David (Joanne) & Michael, his stepchildren: Janet (James), Linda (Stefan) & Jim (Lisa), his grandchildren: Mark & Kathryn (Michael), his great grandchildren: Lucas & Benjamin, his step-grandchildren with loving mention to Bryana & Rachael (Nathan), his sister-in-law Twink & brother-in-law Rodney plus his many nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020 starting at 1:30pm in the St. Andrews United Church Hall behind the Church in Hemmingford, followed by a light lunch and fellowship.
