Daniel McCannon
October 02, 1963 – September 21, 2020

In loving memory of Daniel McCannon who passed away suddenly at 56 years of age, on Monday September 21, 2020.
Dan is survived by his loving wife Ena McCannon of 27 years, mother Leona Manchulenko, sisters Gloria and Sherry, brother-in-law Archie St. Goddard, sisters-in-law Brenda Chartrand(Frank), Sharon Sapay and Alice Moar from Winnipeg, numerous aunts and uncles , nieces and nephews and friends who will miss him dearly as well as his faithful furry companion and friend Deevil.
Dan was born in Dryden Hospital October 2, 1963. Daniel was a loving husband. Dan worked as a mechanic and anyone would call with issues on their vehicle, he was always eager to help. He enjoyed fishing and it was always a competition on who would catch the first fish for the first beer, the fish would have to be a walleye nothing else. Daniel was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting, camping, snow machining and just being outdoors listening to the birds and watching the deer who frequented the back yard. Daniel enjoyed all these activities until his medical condition wouldn’t allow him to do everything he enjoyed. When he could no longer work he took great pleasure in making his yard look nice for family and friends to enjoy.
A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
If friends desire donations may be made to Second Chance Pet Network through the Stevens Funeral Homes P.O. Box 412, Dryden ON P8N 2Z1. Condolences may be posted at www.stevensfuneralhomes.ca
