On July 16, 2020, Mr. Daniel “Dan” Svanda of St. Lina passed away at the age of 90 years. He is survived by his children, Danny (Kathy), Rick (Joanne) & Dean (Jackie); grandchildren, Tanya, Crissy, Daniel, Victoria, Emily, Sarah, Aubree & Harper; great-grandchildren, Nolan, Ty, Coltyn, Caylee & Corbin; sisters, Rose & Yvonne; numerous nieces & nephews. Dan was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy in 1987; parents, Daniel & Mary; sisters, Marka & Helen; brothers, Daniel, John, Walter, Emil & Joe. The family would like to thank the Vilna Lodge for the excellent care over the last few years, and the Smoky Lake Hospital for the care & compassion over the last few weeks. Cremation has taken place. Private Inurnment will be held at a later date in St. Lina where Dan will be placed with his wife.
