DALEY Mary Irene 2020

DALEY, Mary Irene
March 23, 1934 (St. Mary’s Road, PEI) – April 5, 2020 (Wynfield Retirement Residence, Oshawa)
It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Mary Irene Daley on Sunday, April 5, 2020, at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Fabian Daley (2017). Adored mother of Ron (Pam), David (Chris), Roy (Lara) and Derek (Jen). Beloved Nana to Ashley, Noah, Patrick, Joeb, Madeleine and Alice. “Big Little Nana” to Jakob, Evalynne and Ivy. Sister of Mildred, Ted, Peg, George and Martha; all deceased before her. Special Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Mary was an extraordinary lady, she taught us compassion, she gave us wisdom, she led by example and showed us how to be loving, good, and kind. She loved us all unconditionally and our love for her was returned tenfold. We will miss her forever, but knowing Fabian was waiting to hold her in his arms again gives us some peace. Due to the COVID-19 crisis there will be a private family funeral and burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558). Online condolences can be shared at makfuneralhome.com.
