Obituary of Creina Jane Smith
Passed away on June 11, 2020, after a lengthly illness, Creina Jane Smith, at the Central NL Regional Health Centre, at the age of 59 years. She retired from a position of Business Administration for Mapcom in Nova Scotia.
She leaves to mourn her parents: Clarence and Effie Smith residing at Golden Years Estates; her brothers: Roy (Elsie deceased) Smith, Rex (Donna) Smith, (Pastor) Dwayne (Stephanie) Smith; sisters: Gwen (Wallace) Robinson, Donna (Roland) Barnes, Lorna (Roy) Cole, Mechelle (David) Mosher; and a number of nephews, nieces and a circle of other relatives and friends.
Creina lived out of province most of her life. Her door was open to all her family. Her home was our home, and her doggie Tesa, greeted everyone at her door. She was loved by all and had the most generous heart. Day after day her happy times was skipping along the road, singing as she went with little Tess “You Are My Sunshine”. Her passing left a large hole in her family’s heart, too sudden she flew away with the Angels in God’s eternal home.
Pastor Greg Patey will conduct a private family service at Hoskins Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor on Sunday, June 14, 2020 with interment at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Sunset Drive, Bishop’s Falls.
Pallbearers are Gwen and Wallace Robinson, Donna and Roland Barnes, Lorna and Roy Cole.
