Cory’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the families of Cory Theodore Payne announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, December 29th, 2020, at his family residence in Corner Brook, NL, at the age of 37 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his parents; Christine & Ted Payne, his daughter; Mackenzie, and Amy the mother of his daughter, his sister; Crystal (Joe), his brother; Chad, his nieces; Kaleigh, and Makayla, his grandmother; Jane Payne, his grandfather; Edward Cormier, his aunts and uncles; Terry (Caroline), Bob (Alice), Kevin (Loretta), Junior (Julia), Florence (Melvin), Gail, Danny (Sharon), Ricky (Jackie), Marcel (Eileen), Cyril, Annette (Jimmy), Joslyn (Richard), Jackie (Junior), Audrey (Wade), and numerous cousins.
Cory had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, fires and listening to music and playing guitar. He had a love for gardening and especially enjoyed time spent with his parents in their backyard. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.
In keeping with Cory wishes cremation will take place and a private family memorial service will take place at a later time to be announced.
