Obituary
Connie Ennis, of Calgary, Alberta, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the age of 76 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Chad Ennis of Calgary, daughter Michelle Ennis and her husband Dean Klassen of Calgary; granddaughter Sydney Ditchfield of Calgary, grandson Luke Pierzchajo of Edmonton, Alberta; as well as her brothers and sisters and numerous other relatives and friends.
Connie is predeceased by her husband Norman Bales in 2010 and her son Kerry Ennis in 1992.
Family was important to her, whether related by blood or chosen. She spent time creating traditions with her daughter and granddaughter, the memories of which will last a lifetime. Nature was always a welcome companion for Connie. She enjoyed walking with her husband in Fish Creek Park.
A private Service of Remembrance will be held for Connie at 10:00 a.m. on November 4, 2020 from Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary. Cremation has taken place and she will be placed to rest at Queen’s Park Mausoleum. Floral tributes are gratefully declined. If relatives and friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made in Connie’s memory to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation,
