Obituary
The family sadly announces the passing of Clarence Joseph Legacy, loving husband of Dallis (Crouse) Legacy, which occurred on July 9, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Jacquet River, NB, he was the son of the late James and Mary Ellen (Guitard) Legacy.
Clarence worked construction throughout his working life mainly at the Irving Oil Refinery. He loved the outdoors and his time hunting and fishing. He spent many hours tending to his gardens. His greatest love of all was his family, especially his grandchildren.
Besides his wife Dallis, he is survived by his sons; Joseph and Michael, daughters; Debra Bailey (Andy) and Linda Wortman (Charlie), his special in-laws Michael and Dianne King and their daughter Tracey King, 8 grandchildren along with several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sons Terry and David.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with the graveside service at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery on Wednesday, July 15th at 1:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Clarence can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
