Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, Claire Merkley of Chesterville, age 79. Dear brother of Ivan Merkley of Chesterville, Stella McIntyre of Brockville and Barry Merkley of Chesterville. Dear uncle of Kim Merkley-Brown (Marc Dicaire), Vicki Merkley (Richard Taillefer), Corinne Merkley (Chris Kelly), Michael McIntyre (Penny), Jane Benson (Greg) and great-uncle of Nolan, Rylie, McKenna, Kaley, William, Karen, Troy and Samantha. Predeceased by his parents James and Helen Merkley (nee Taylor) and his brother Graham Merkley.
Funeral Arrangements
Due to Covid restrictions a private family service will be held at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home in Chesterville. Donations to Christ Church United in Chesterville or Winchester Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
