Obituary of Christos Tsiantoulas
At St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, August 23, 2020, with family at his side, Christos Tsiantoulas passed away at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Maria (Daoulas) for 60 years. Loving father of Kathy Tsiantoulas, Nick Tsiantoulas (Julia), and Effie Dochstader (Mark). Cherished grandfather of Brianna, and Chris. He will be missed by sisters and brothers-in-law Kathy and George Karavas, Peggy and Nick Kouventaris, and sister-in-law Maria Tsiantoulas. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Marianne Tsiantoulas, and brothers George Tsiantoulas and Theo Tsiantoulas. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church, 585 Niagara Street, St. Catharines on Friday, August 28. Due to Co-Vid limitations, friends are invited to join the family for the interment at Smithville United Church Cemetery, 116 West Street (Regional Rd 20), Smithville on Friday, August 28 at approximately 12:30 p.m. (masks required). If desired, memorial donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre (hamiltonhealth.ca/memorialgiving/) would be appreciated by the family.
