Christopher Lance Dedam (Rambo), of Esgenoôpetitj, NB, husband of Roxanne Smith passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the age of 34. Born in Miramichi, NB, he is the son of Joseph “Alexander” Paul and the late Mary Dedam.
Christopher was a lobster fisherman, woodsman and also a graphic designer.
Christopher is survived by his father: Joseph “Alexander” Paul; three daughters: Kyla, Aliyah and Essence Dedam, all of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; three sons: Leland Alexander, Hunter and Phenix Dedam, all of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; four sisters: Katelyn Paul (Kenny Somerville), Kennisha Paul (Dante Johnson), Kelsey Paul (Rueben Mitchell) and Lexie Paul, all of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; as well as four nieces and one nephew.
Christopher is predeceased by his mother: Mary Paul.
Visitation will take place at his father’s residence: 66 Old Bridge Road, Esgenoôpetitj, NB on Saturday, August 29th after 2 PM and again on Sunday, August 30th. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Esgenoôpetitj, NB on Monday, August 31st at 11 AM with Father Peter Aloo officiating. Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Esgenoôpetitj, NB.
As expressions of sympathy, in Christopher’s memory, donations may be made to Mental Health.
