Obituary
RICKER, Christopher Alan – Passed away peacefully at Sakura House, On Tuesday, October 27th, 2020, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Maria for 46 years. Cherished father of Becci (Mike) Henderson, and Rachel (Scott) Jellous. Proud grandfather of his “perfect” grandchildren Colton, Ethan, Emma, and Clare. Chris’s attention will be missed by his feline companion Ash. Chris was best known for his strength of character – people could always count on him to speak the truth and stand up for what he believed to be right. His life’s motto was to work hard and play hard. He enjoyed his weekly beer catch up sessions with his brother Shane, Sweaty’s Whaler hockey buddies, his Captain Morgan’s Golf Squad, his 3M Thursday Golf Gang and his ROMEO Dinner Club friends. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to the Humane Society or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home Thamesford, Ontario (519) 285-2427.
