Chester Acoose was born on November 26, 1964. Chester peacefully left this world surrounded by his family on November 26, 2020. He was predeceased by his grandparents Paul and Madeline (nee Bryce) Acoose and Benjamin and Harriet (nee Young) Delorme; parents Riel and Lorraine; his sister Bernice; brothers David, Dennis, Laurie and Vernon; and his former partner Cheryl Sangwais. Chester is survived by his sons Brendan, Josh (Nadine) and Riley (Taylor); two grandchildren Halle and Aayden; his sisters Joanne, Gwenn, Paula (Ray) and Lynn (Gil); brothers Lyle (Heather) and Ken; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Chester grew up on the Zagime Anishinabek Reserve. He was fond of any outdoor activities, notably hunting and riding his treasured horse Nakoneshii. He enjoyed the company of others and was particularly keen to help others where he could. Chester always remained very close with his parents and was a person deeply committed to the family. In his final years, his focus was on looking after his sister Joanne, his three sons and his grandchildren. This brought him deep joy and fulfillment. A private family service will take place.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Chester Acoose November 26th 2020..
