Charles Marcus Procure, 79 of River Bourgeois and formerly of Goodwater, Saskatchewan passed away at home on November 24, 2020. Born in Goodwater, Saskatchewan, he was a son of the late Arthur Enos Procure and Ruth Hanna (Thackeray) Procure.
Charles was a member of the Canadian Military (Navy) for 5 years.
He is survived by his four sons, Charles Procure (Sandra Guerreiro), Victoria, BC; Danny (Peggy) Procure, Guysborough; Jim Procure, River Bourgeois; Michael (Angie) Procure, Evanston; grandchildren, Rhonda Procure (Gabe Thornley); Julian (Trena) Procure; Nicholas Guerreiro; Aidan Guerreiro; Marcus Procure and Jared Guerreiro; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Procure; Adelynn Procure; and Zarah Procure. Charles is also survived by brothers, Harry (Joan) Procure; Colin (Manuela) Procure; and sister, Pat (Alex) Keen.
Charles was predeceased by his wife, Clara (Sue) Procure; and sister-in-law, Ethel Procure.
In keeping with their wishes, there will be no visitation and a family-only Graveside Service for both Clara and Charles will take place on Wednesday, December 9th; Pastor Keith Wiseman officiating.
Memorial Donations may be made to the IWK Health Centre Foundation or charity of your choice.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Green’s Funeral Home, 507 Bernard St., Port Hawkesbury.
