Charles’ Obituary
CHETWYND, Charles Cleveland – 62, of Barrington passed away in the early morning hours of April 14, 2020. Born on December 20, 1957 he was the son of the late Wilfred “Wook” and Faye (Smith) Chetwynd. Charles was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, a brother-in-law, and many aunts and uncles. He is survived by his sisters, Valerie Nickerson, Barrington; Doris (Ralph) Murphy, Halifax; Doreen (Gary) Penney, Centreville; and Velvet (Vince) Dolliver, Clark’s Harbour; also by his only brother, Loran Chetwynd, Barrington; Aunt Violet Pierce, Pubnico; Aunt Paulette (Allen) Tulk, ON; 12 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and cousins. We, the family, would like to thank the staff at Surf Lodge, Lockeport, and Bay Side Home, Barrington, for the wonderful care they gave to our brother. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Barrington. There will be a memorial service held on Sunday, August 23, 2 pm at the H. M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Barrington. Due to restrictions there will be limited seating and immediate family will take priority. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
