Catherine Rainville Leblanc Thursday December 17th 2020

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Catherine (Cathy) Florence Rainville (nee Leblanc) on December 17, 2020 at the age of 63, after her long and courageous battle with cancer. Daughter to Roger and Amy Leblanc (both predeceased). Cherished and loving wife to Billie Rainville of 48 years. Loving mother to Roger Rainville (Debbie), Angel Rainville, Amy Bellemore (Frank), sister to Pauline Leblanc. Precious meme to Corey, Cole, Collin, Dillon, Alexandrea, Nicholas and Natalie. Dear sister-in-law to Maureen (Stanley) McKerral, Paul (Diane) Rainville, Jeannette (Gary) McFadden, Marie Rainville (predeceased), Rene (Tammy) Rainville, Robert (Connie) Rainville and Donald (Lynda) Rainville. Caring niece to Betty Vaillancourt (predeceased). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Cathy was a registered nurse for 24 years, prior to retiring from Henry Ford in Detroit Michigan. She had a love for travelling the world with Billie. She genuinely enjoyed her home in Florida and her many trips to Disney Land where she had a love for Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Her love for music, especially Elvis, was always playing around her. A special thank you to the medical team, Dr. Cano, Dr. Singh, Dr. Carlson, Dr. Krawczuk and her home nurse Donna, who provide treatments and support to Cathy through her difficult times. A Celebration of Life will be held later date. Memorial donations in memory of Cathy can be made to the Cancer Society. Online condolences can be made at lougheedfuneralhomes.com.
