Carrie Ann Burns
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Carrie Ann Burns
announces her passing on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Hospice
Fredericton.
Born in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of Wendy
(Barry) Burns and the late Kevin Burns.
Carrie is survived by her mother Wendy Burns of Fredericton,
NB: her sister Sara Burns of St. Andrews, NB; her aunts Randi Barry
and Sammy Thorne (Ross), both of Beaver Harbour, NB; an uncle Richard
Burns (Susan) of Fredericton, NB; as well as several cousins and many
friends.
In addition to her father, Carrie was predeceased by paternal
grandparents Patrick and Edna Burns and maternal grandparents Milton
and Bette Barry.
Due to restrictions surrounding COVID-19, there will be no
visitation. A private funeral mass will be held at St.
Dunstan’s Catholic Church for family members and invited
guests only. Interment will follow in the Hermitage Cemetery.
Donations in Carrie’s memory can be made to Hospice
Fredericton or to the charity of the donor’s
choice.
