CAROL ESTELLA DUNBAR
It is with sadness, we announce the passing of Carol Dunbar of RR1 Haley Station and formerly of Pembroke, who passed away peacefully in the Renfrew Victoria Hospital, on Tuesday July 21, 2020 in her 80th year. Carol Dunbar nee Okum beloved wife of James Dunbar and by first marriage to the late Alfred Roettger. Daughter of the late Frederick and Mable Okum. Dear mother of James Roettger, Steve (Susan) Roettger, Terry Roettger and Greg Roettger. Also survived by 8 grandchildren Daniel, Chris, Adam, Tiana, Misty, Matthew, Amanda, Gavin, Sammie, 1 great-grandson Logan, 3 sisters Sharon Okum, Betty (Larry Bender), Angela Asmussen, and 5 brothers Ken (Angie) Okum, Neil (Karen) Okum, Ezra (Loretta) Okum, Mervin (Anne) Okum and Martin (Ruth) Okum, sisters and brothers-in-law Pat (Donna) Dunbar, Clare (Gerard Stoppa), John (Trish) Dunbar and Theresa Nardilli. Predeceased by a daughter Cheryl, son Kevin (Trish) Roettger, 2 brothers Darcy and Chris (Evelyn) Okum, 2 sisters-in-law Marilyn and Dorothy Okum, and brothers-in-law Paul Asmussen and Vern Egerdeen. As expressions of sympathy donation to Renfrew Victoria Hospital Dialysis Unit, or Bonnechere Manor Foundation would be appreciated.
