Carol Ann Snair Sunday November 22nd 2020

Carol Ann (Denton) Snair
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Anne (Denton) Snair, age 81, of Halifax, formerly of Queensland, who passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax.
Born in Charlottetown, PEI she was the daughter of the late Rev. Dr. Harvey and Evelyn (Powell) Denton. An enterprising business owner, she provided transcription services to medical and other professionals across the Halifax area for many years.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband Roy Snair, son Robert MacKay, stepdaughters Joy Anne O’Hearn and Sharron Myler, brother Tom (June) Denton, sister Evelyn (John) Dickinson, grandchildren Angie and Cody, as well great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews across the country. She was predeceased by her son David MacKay, daughter Cathy MacKay, and stepson David R. Snair.
Her family would like to thank the congregation of First Baptist Church Halifax for their support over the years. In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest donations to Parkinson Canada at www.parkinson.ca, which supports those with Parkinson’s across Nova Scotia.
Due to COVID-19restrictions, a service will be held at a later date. Online condolences can be made to www.rawalker.ca
