It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Bernadette Carmichael on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital in Sydney.
Born on November 15, 1944 in Sydney, Margaret was the daughter of the late Sylvine and Sarah (MacNeil) MacDougall.
