NORTH, C. Keith – Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Louise Marshall Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Barb North, together for 32 years. Loving father of Scott North (Christina), Lelah North, Chrissy North, Laurie Grimes, Nicole Grimes (Justin) and Ryan Grimes. Proud grandfather of Taylor, Melissa, Brooke, Anthony (Stephanie), Taryn, Cassidy, Myra, Isabella and Amberleigh. Dear brother of Elliott North (Catherine), Marie Wilson and Fred North. Sadly missed by his life-long friends Harry and the late Rob, as well as extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Clifford and Shirley North. Keith was a proud member of the Egremont Optimist Club and the community of Holstein. He was also a past member of the Kinsmen Club of Shelburne. Farming was a huge part of Keith’s life. Cremation has taken place. A come and go Celebration of Life will be held at the Egremont Optimist Club, 392137 Grey Road 109, Holstein, on Saturday, August 29th, 2020 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please be aware that masks are mandatory and COVID-19 protocols are in place. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Keith are asked to consider the Egremont Optimist Club or Cancer Patient Services. Arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
