Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Al Bowen in his 90th year beloved husband of the late Shirley. Cherished father of Kevin Bowden (Karen Winter) and Kim McGrath. A private service will be held later. Memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
