Byron and Margaret (Bosworth) we’re married on December 6, 1950. They were married 59 years until Margaret’s death on June 8, 2010. They purchased land west of town, where he and Margaret made their home and raised their family.
In June 1994 they retired and made their home in Portage La Prairie until July 2011 when he moved to Brandon. He lived in Hobb’s Manor for 9 years until his death. In his retirement he enjoyed sports fishing, wood working, gardening, and taking care of his home.
