Service Details
Mr. Bryon Hicks of Melita passed away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Virden Health Centre, Virden, MB. on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the age of 78.
Bryon is survived by his wife, Jean (Morran) of Melita, MB; son, Lawrence (Carleen) Hicks of Ottawa, ON; grandson, Awley Hicks; three sisters, Eleanor Fisher, Karen Hicks and Brenda (Richard) Mitchell; four brothers, Cliff (Shirley) Hicks, Burt (Darlene) Hicks, Ralph (Helen) Hicks and Lyle (Jean) Hicks; several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Ed and Myrtle (Spencer) Hicks.
A private family service and urn placement will be held at the Columbarium at the Melita Cemetery at a later date in 2020.
Donations can be made in memory of Bryon to the charity of one’s choice.
