Brogan; Mary Eileen, R.N. passed away peacefully on December 25, 2020, at the age of 86, in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool.
Born in Inverness, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Anna Mae Chisholm.
Eileen leaves behind her husband of 59 years, Robert (Bob) Brogan and her daughters Kelly, Karen (Mike) Pratt, Kim (Kerwin) Huskins and Kathy (Martin) Dumouchel. Also mourning their beloved Guggy, as she was affectionately known, are her 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Harold, Clifford, Leonard and Tom along with many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers Donnie and Gregory and a sister Ann.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. A private funeral mass will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, Liverpool. Father Gregory officiating. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date, when all who loved her can safely come together. Family flowers only.
