Brenda passed away peacefully at home after a prolonged bout with Aphasia and Dementia.
Beloved wife of Robert Ward. Dear mother of Samantha Ward (Behrou), James Ward (Vanessa), and Michael Ward. Beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Lera Quig of Cornwall. Dear sister of the late Lally Quig (Mary) of Cornwall and Arlen Quig (Pearl) of Brockville.
Brenda retired with the Toronto Separate School Board in 2001 after 32 years of teaching elementary children and music (piano, guitar). She was dearly loved and respected by her students, coworkers and always had a warm easy – to- talk- to style with family and friends.
Brenda will be sorrowly missed by all who came to know her and will be remembered always for her dear, sweet personality and for her loving and remarkable outlook on life.
