Bourgeois Gary
1966-2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary
Bourgeois of Bouctouche Sud, on Sunday March 15, 2020 at the Dr
Georges-L-Dumont UHC. He was married to Denise Daigle Bourgeois. Born
in Memramcook, he was the son of Léonard and Irène (Richard)
Bourgeois of Memramcook.
Gary was a machine operator with Triangle Kitchen. He was also a
musician with the band Bourré d’joie and a great supporter
of his wife Denise who is a well-known musician in our area.
He will be sadly missed by his parents, Léonard and Irène,
his wife, Denise, his son, André Léger of Cap Pelé, his
sisters; Claudette Wilson (Terry) of Dieppe, Jeannine Bourgeois of
Moncton, his brothers; Robert of Moncton, Roger (Thérèse),
Aldérice (Diane), Guy (Alfreda), all of Memramcook, Alyre of
Dieppe, his mother-in-law, Estelle Daigle and several nieces and
nephews.
A private funeral Mass was held on March 17, 2020 due to the Covid-19
outbreak. A celebration of Gary’s life will be held at a later
date for family and friends.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
