Obituary
It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Bonny Prince on Tuesday May 26, 2020 at Health Science Centre.
She leaves to mourn sons: Cory and Robert, Grandchildren: Jenessa Melody, Blaze, Tyrell and Liam. Sisters: Marcella, Cindy, Gwen, Cheryl and Crystal. Brother: Glen. Partner James and special friend Jim, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Reginald and Viola Prince. Grandparents: Ronald and Lena Prince, Alice Daniels and George Straight.
Bonny was born in Selkirk, Manitoba and grew up in Brokenhead Ojibway Nation before moving to Winnipeg, Manitoba where she resided until passing.
Bonny was a creative and talented artist, she worked various jobs in and outside of the city throughout her life. She enjoyed having family gatherings and lived life to the fullest.
The viewing for will be on Tuesday June 2, 2020 from 7pm-10pm at Eternal Grace Funeral Home 1111 Logan Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Wake Service will be Wednesday June 3, 2020 beginning at 7 pm at the Private Tom Chief Memorial Centre Brokenhead Ojibway Nation
The funeral will be Thursday June 4, 2020 at 2 pm also at the Private Tom Chief Memorial Centre Brokenhead Ojibway Nation
Cremation will then take place with a private family burial at a later date.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Health Science Centre for all they did to keep her comfortable.
We also need to keep in mind that we must continue practicing social distancing. Thank you.
