Obituary of Blanche Wallace
WALLACE, Blanche – passed away peacefully at Country Haven Retirement Home, Beachburg on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the age of 92 years.
Blanche Margaret Wallace (nee Gilliland), wife of the late Richard “Dick” Wallace. Dear mother of Christopher Wallace (Dawn) of Calgary, AB. Cherished “G.G” of Jennifer (Ryan), Richard (Paige) & Benjamin (Lindsay). Great “G.G” of Malaki, Rylynd, Vada, Sierra & Max. She is predeceased by her parents William “Bumpsy” and Pearl Wallace (nee Bickford). Sister of Elizabeth Pringle (late Stan), Hazel Nicolson (late Alex), the late Jack Gilliland & the late Jean Welton (late Lloyd). Blanche will be missed by several nieces and nephews.
Respecting Blanche’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home Chapel at a later date, followed by interment of ashes at All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Petawawa.
