Blanch Degrichie
The death of Blanch Degrichie of Gravelhill occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital Monday, July 13, 2020 at the age of 74. Born in Black Point, she was the daughter of Rosella (Hickey) and the late Johnny LaPointe.
Blanch is survived by her mother Rosella; six children Frederick (Marilyne) of Ayredare, AB, Edward of Belledune, Sadie Degrichie (Mick) of Dalhousie, Eugene (Yamara) of Lethbridge, AB., Barbara Degrichie of Black Point, Daniel Welsh of Gravelhill; 10 grandchildren;6 great grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren as well as her six brothers and 5 sisters. She was predeceased by her father Johnny and twin brother Wayne.
A graveside funeral service in Nash Creek will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
