Billie Jeanne Hauber
April 10, 1948 – November 29, 2020
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Mom, Nanny, Sister and Aunt, Billie Jeanne Hauber. Billie passed away on November 29, 2020 in Vernon, BC at the age of 72 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.
Billie is survived by her son Lorne, her daughters Debbi (Lionel), Barbie, Deanna (Ted) and Becky (Vince);10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 5 sisters and many nieces and nephews. Billie will be sadly missed by us and many others who knew her as their “Nanny” as well as many friends and extended family.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions there will be no funeral service at this time. Billie will be cremated and later laid to rest beside her beloved husband Willie at the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery in Chetwynd, BC. A Celebration of Life and interment will be held in the summer of 2021; details will be announced at a later date.
