Bill Jackson
of Arthur passed away suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, November 8, 2020 in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Karen (O’Donnell) Jackson for 30 years. Cherished father of Shelby Jackson (Josh) of Harriston and Ashley Jackson of Arthur. Brother of Don Jackson of Arthur and the late Shelley Jackson (2019). Son-in-law of Fred O’Donnell of Arthur. Brother-in-law of Gary and Kim O’Donnell of Arthur, Rick and Sue O’Donnell of Brooklyn, ON, Chris and Kate O’Donnell of Arthur and Tom and Sharon O’Donnell of Arthur. Nephew of Brian and Shirley McEwen, Gwen and John Morrison, Bonnie and Verne Davies, Mary McEwen, Mickie McEwen, and Joan McEwen and Arnold Small. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Wyanda (McEwen) Jackson, mother-in-law Veronica O’Donnell, aunts and uncles Rick McEwen, Jim McEwen, Larry McEwen, Jean and Al Bell, Alyce Small, Barb and Lorne Tregunna and Bob Jackson. Cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur on Wednesday evening November 11, 2020 and on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Please visit the Book A Visitation Time below or call the Funeral Home at 519-848-6872 to schedule a time to attend the visitation.
Due to Provincial Restrictions there will be a limited number of people allowed in the Funeral Home, Physical Distancing must be respected and Masks are required. A private Family Service will be held in the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Arthur.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Arthur Royal Canadian Legion Branch 226, Groves Memorial Hospital or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
