It is with heavy hearts that the family of William (Bill) LeRoux announce his peaceful passing on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Sunnyside Home in Kitchener at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Florence for 62 years. Loving father of Debra (Bill), Carol (Steve), Wade (Mabel), Sherry (Renee), Glen (Barb), Kim and Charmaine (Marc). Cherished granfather of Shane, Matthew, Farrahlea, Jay, Trevor, Kiesha, Chenise, Kyra, Sara, Samantha and Joanne and great grandfather of Jada, Anthony, Nathan, Ayla, Maliki, Lillianna, Jordan, Kyle, Andrew, Ava and Audrey. Dear brother of Raymond, Shirley, Madonna, Rosemary, Theresa, Patsy, Jerry and Francis.
Bill will be remembered for being a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed storytelling, hockey, horseshoes at the Moose Lodge and music. But don’t forget his great sense of humour!
Thank you to all the caregivers at Sunnyside Nursing home.
Private cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society Waterloo Wellington would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
