Obituary of Bev (Kincade) Dennison
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bev (Kincade) Dennison announces her passing which occurred on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital with her family by her side. Born on November 5, 1946 in Saint John, Bev was the daughter of the late Beverly Kincade and the late Jane (Durant) Akerley.
Bev was employed at St. John and St. Stephen Nursing Home and the Saint John Regional Hospital for many years. She was an avid reader, of both books and fortunes. She enjoyed country drives and country music. Bev was a lover of animals, especially Kathy’s dog, Arrow. Her wit and strength could never be matched. Above all, Bev was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed nothing more than time spent with her family.
Bev will be dearly missed by her daughters Karen (Shawn) Mahler and Kathy Dennison (Murray Scott), her grandchildren: Ben, Sam, Colby, Montana, Zander and Ryder, sister-in-law Shirley Kincade along with many nieces, nephews and members of her extended family.
Besides her parents, Bev was predeceased by her brother Hartley Kincade and step-father Norman Akerley.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) where visitation will be held on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 12 – 2 PM at which time a Memorial Service will begin in Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel.
For those who wish, remembrances made to the New Brunswick Lung Association would be appreciated by the family and online condolences can be placed at www.brenansfh.com
