Dad, you will be missed. You were tough with me growing up, but later appreciated the discipline that made me into the independent woman I am today. You’ve always had great advise and how to stand up for myself and how to navigate life in a politically correct fashion. Haha. I’ll miss the weather reports of how hot or cold it would be, how strong the rain and wind will be, and a reminder to leave the car windows open a crack so they don’t explode. Lol I’ll keep a reminder to change my furnace filter too. What I’ll miss the most are the hilarious smart ass comments. I’m so happy that’s one of the traits I got. Thank you for the life lessons, the awesome hugs, and many times you said how proud I made you. It took many years, but those words I’ll remember. Thank you for being such an awesome grandpa. If only I could hug you tight one last time I wouldn’t let go. I know you’re happy now. You can stand tall without pain, swing a golf club, and take in the fresh air without having the struggle. Remember who loves you. We do. Love Kelster and O’lyvea. ❤🍷
