Bentley Eldon Vance
1960-2020
After a brief illness Bentley Eldon Vance of Lake George, NB died
peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, NB on
April 6th, 2020.
Born July 21st, 1960, Bentley was a loving brother to Pam White (Dale)
of Waycross, Georgia, USA, Blain Vance (Andrea) of St. George, NB,
Darren Vance (Pam) of Fredericton NB and Sherry Moorcroft (Wayne) of
Tracy, NB. Although Bentley didn’t have children of his own, he
deeply loved his nieces and nephews and was known to them as Uncle
Goofy and Uncle Bunky. He will be missed very much by Jaimi Hiscock,
Laura Vance, Mitchell Vance, Nathan Vance, Brandon Vance, Brandy
Moorcroft and Justin Moorcroft.
He was predeceased by his two sets of parents Don and Joyce Sloan and
Eldon and Jean Vance both of Lake George NB.
Bentley loved to build things, to snowmobile and ride his Harley. He
worked hard his whole life and was good to everyone who had the
privilege of knowing him.
There will be no visitation. A graveside service is being planned for
a later date.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Bentley, the family
has suggested a charity of the donor’s choice.
