Benjamin Kozlowsky Saturday December 26th 2020

Kozlowsky, Benjamin
Aug. 10, 1933 – Dec. 26, 2020
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our father Ben Kozlowsky at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital with family at his side on Saturday, December 26th, 2020. Ben was in his 88th year. Ben was predeceased by his wife Colleen (Martin), brother Leo, and sisters Bertha and Sue. Survived by daughters Nancy Brouwers (Joe) and Jenny Schrieder (Mike). Proud Papa to Megan (Bill), Erin (Chad), Alex (Lauren) and Michael. Great grandpa to Elliott and Hannah. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank Dr. Kamilla and the Renal Clinic at PRHC for the many years of care they provided, along with the Trent Hills Family Health Team. Many thanks to all the VON staff that helped with dads daily needs. Also a special thank you to all the nurses on the first floor of CMH, your gentle care and compassion through this difficult time will always be remembered. Dad will always be remembered for all the pies, cookies and tarts that he loved to bake and share with anyone that stopped in for a visit. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to PRHC Renal Clinic or Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation in his memory would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL 87 James St., Stirling (613-395-2424). To leave a condolence, please visit www.rushnellfamilyservices.com
